Found a nail in my tire last night, have a big road trip coming up on the weekend plus using the vehicle for work appointments daily. Couldn't really afford to leave the vehicle somewhere away from my office to get fixed as I needed the vehicle quick as it is our busy season. Requested a tire repair through their site, someone got back to me with less then 15 minutes early in the morning. Gave them the run down, dropped vehicle off, had the vehicle back in a hour. Price was dirt cheap. Their lot was packed so I was already surprised they were able to complete it so quick. Shop was super clean, workers talk to you like a human and not off a script which is awesome. Awesome customer service. Will 100% be coming back for further maintenance & repairs on the work vehicle. Been coming here for several years now, ever since I moved to Edmonton. When we first moved to Edmonton, I had an out-of-province inspection done by Central Tire. I was immediately impressed when they let me know that there were several items that had just barely passed inspection by tenths of a millimetre, and because of this they couldn't ethically justify any repairs on the car. I mean seriously, who is THAT honest? Any other shop would have typed up a list of repairs and held the "pass" back on my inspection until I got them done. So they've been my go-to auto shop ever since, obviously. I go several times a year for the usual tire swaps/oil changes, plus random repairs for whatever parts are crapping out on my high-mileage 20 year old car. They are SO good to me. Friendly folks, fair rates, ALWAYS call me to let me know if they need to order additional parts or let me know my car is ready to be picked up. I'm a disabled woman and they talk to me like a normal person, too...I know to most this sounds ridiculous, but if you check one or both of those boxes you know how bad it is out there and how much it means to find a shop that treats you with basic respect. The shop is also right off the LRT line. Even though we moved away from downtown, I will still ride or die for this shop because in addition to everything else I already said, it is SO CONVENIENT to be able to drop my car off and take the LRT home.
